How Does it Work?
Basically, we’re a matchmaker between you and your ideal destination.
All Caribbean islands aren’t the same and all-inclusive resorts aren’t created equal. You want a resort which matches your style and personality. Because we’ve been there and done that, we’re prepared to guide you in making a decision.
Step 1 – Tell us your wedding dreams. Schedule a phone chat, email us or fill out our contact form. If you live in the Knoxville area and would like to meet face-to-face, we’d love to meet you!
Step 2 – We do the work. Our services are free, but we obviously wouldn’t stay in business if we worked for free. Your $150 service fee covers the time we spend matching you with your ideal destination. When we book your trip, the service fee goes towards the cost of your trip and your resort eventually pays our commission.
Fun Fact #1: Did you know you don’t save money booking directly? Your resort either pays a travel professional or keeps the commission. Seriously.
Fn Fact #2: We work directly with travel wholesalers and can usually meet pricing you find on impersonal travel websites. You’ll never be just a booking number to us.
Step 3 – Choose your destination. We’ll provide you with a list of options meeting your style, preferences and budget. Once you make a decision, we’ll handle your bookings and put you in touch with your resort wedding planner.
Step 4 – Save-the Date! Let them know when and where you’re getting married. They need to book through us so you’ll be sure to get resort credit for every room booked. Your guests won’t pay us the service fee, since they’ll be associated with your booking. You’ll know everyone is staying at the right place and getting the right information about when they need to arrive at your destination. Step 5 – Off you go! You’ll concentrate on getting packed. We’ll review the final booking sheet with your wedding coordinator to make sure all guests are associated with your group and you’re getting credit for them. We’ll send you and your guests a fact sheet, ensuring that everyone knows what to expect upon arrival at your destination. We’ll touch base with your resort coordinator for wedding details and review them with you before departure. Last, but not least, we’ll contact the resort staff to make sure they know we’re sending very special clients their way. Just a few less details to worry about and coordinate.
